As Undergraduate Programme Director and subsequently as acting Head of School, Angela was responsible for 500 students, 25 academic/support staff and an annual budget of £2.4 million.  Angela is a strong believer in the power of mentoring for developing future leaders and during her time at Oxford Brookes she co-founded the Bacchus Mentoring Programme.  This innovative mentoring scheme has matched thousands of final year students with senior executives from the hospitality industry to help them make the very best transition into graduate employment.
