‘Eating, Drinking, Thinking’ – a new expert-led masterclasss series

OCC has teamed up with Kings Place, London’s world-class home for cultural events, to establish ‘Eating, Drinking, Thinking’, a permanent series of expert-led masterclasses.

The series will provide opportunities to learn from some of the UK’s most prominent and best-loved food and drink personalities. Kicking off the programme, in March 2026, are writer and campaigner Yasmin Khan, chef and broadcaster Julie Lin and Guardian columnist and author Felicity Cloake.

Masterclasses will be categorised as ‘skills’, for those seeking professional development or perhaps exploring new opportunities in life and work, and ‘knowledge’, for those keen to learn about food and drink as defining aspects of culture.

Commenting on the launch, Don Sloan of OCC: “Eating, Drinking, Thinking is a unique initiative – the first permanent learning programme that enables face-to-face interaction, in a relatively intimate setting, with key figures who are shaping our culinary landscape.”
