During lockdown Chef Proprietor of Quo Vadis and OCC Patron Jeremy Lee has rediscovered his love of drawing. His beautiful kitchen sketches, recording the dishes he prepares at home, have become a hit on social media. They capture his signature style – to seek out the very best seasonal ingredients from around the UK and to prepare them with love.

In his youth, Jeremy actively considered taking a place at art school.  Given his subsequent impact on the British food scene, we can be thankful that the allure of the kitchen was too great.
