OCC 2023 – with Ulster University

Having led the steering group which conceptualised and launched Ulster University’s new educational institute – Academy: the Centre for Food, Drink and Culture – the Oxford Cultural Collective continues its partnership, shaping the student experience and ensuring the Academy contributes to the development of Northern Ireland as a leading food and drink destination.

 

OCC and Ulster University’s Culinary Salon dinners are hosted by many of the UK and Ireland’s best loved chefs, working alongside Hospitality and Culinary Arts Management students.

Our three most recent Culinary Salon dinners, held during 2023, have been prepared by Sarit Packer and Itamar Srulovich of Honey & Co., Conor Spacey of Food Space; and chef, broadcaster and OCC Patron Andi Oliver.
