The Jane Grigson Trust – Sous Chef Award for New Food and Drink Writers, is open for entries until midnight 30th November 2024.

Legendary chef, television personality and OCC Patron, Ken Hom CBE, hosted the most recent Culinary Salon dinner at Academy Restaurant, Belfast – as part of an ongoing collaboration between the Oxford Cultural Collective and Ulster University.

Visit San Antonio has been working with OCC to share the city’s distinct culinary story with UK audiences. This has included a focus on the role that leading chefs and restaurateurs are playing in the quest for equality, social justice and community empowerment.

The final event in the long-running Culinary Diplomacy programme from the Oxford Cultural Collective and the US Embassy took place at the University of Glasgow on 1st October 2024, with the support of Visit San Antonio.

The Oxford Cultural Collective Trust has announced the shortlist for its 2024 scholarships for young change-makers in hospitality and gastronomy.

The Oxford Cultural Collective returned for a second year to the Stranraer Oyster Festival – now firmly established as a major celebration of South-West Scotland’s unique coastal heritage and outstanding seasonal produce.
