Throughout 2023 the Oxford Cultural Collective continued to work with multiple agencies to develop and promote Northern Ireland as a leading food and drink destination.

OCC and Ulster University’s Culinary Salon dinners have continued to provide students with amazing learning opportunities, whilst also becoming much anticipated gastronomic events.

OCC Patrons have continued to provide invaluable advice and support throughout 2023, as well as shaping projects that reflect their own interests and aspirations.

OCC and the US Embassy in London continue to celebrate the progressive impact of key figures from food and hospitality.
