OCC Partner, Academy: the Centre for Food, Drink and Culture, will make a significant contribution to the ongoing development of Northern Ireland as a leading food and drink destination.

For the last three years, the Oxford Cultural Collective has been working with Ulster University to conceptualise and launch a new educational hub – Academy: the Centre for Food, Drink and Culture.

The Oxford Cultural Collective is working in partnership with Ulster University to stage Gastronomy Summit 2022, a landmark event, to be held in Belfast on 11th to 13th April 2022, which will bring together members of the global culinary community to explore and celebrate the transformative power of food, drink and hospitality.
